"Good wings with plenty of sauce options"
I ordered from pluckers.com expecting decent wings, they were a little better than I thought they’d be. The flavor came through strong without being overly salty, and I was happy the wings still had a good texture by the time they showed up.
The sauce selection was definitely a plus since there were more options than the usual basic lineup. A few sauces stood out more than others, but I kind of expected that with so many choices. I’d give it 4 stars overall because the food was good, but the delivery time could’ve been a bit quicker.

"Fun Bar with Great Drinks"
I had a really good time at the bar. The vibe was fun, the drinks were tasty, and everything felt easy to enjoy. Definitely a spot I’d feel confident recommending to friends for a casual night out...

"Service felt unwelcoming"
The food was okay, nothing really wrong with it, but the service kind of ruined the experience. The staff came off rude and kept rushing us, and it felt like the expectations kept changing too, like every time we tried to settle in or ask about something, the goalposts moved again. Just didn’t feel welcome there. I doubt I’ll be going back anytime soon

"Felt like nobody cared"
The staff barely gave us any answers and just left us sitting there waiting forever. It was super frustrating, like we were basically being ignored. Not cool at all

"Pretty loud and messy, honestly"
I went to Pluckers thinking it’d be a easy place to hang out, grab some food, and relax for a bit, but it felt chaotic almost as soon as we walked in.
The music was blasting, there were TVs everywhere, and everyone seemed to be yelling over each other. The tables felt cramped too, and the floor was sticky, which just made the whole place feel kind of gross.
I get that some people probably enjoy that loud sports bar vibe, but it really wasn’t for me. I couldn’t relax at all, and I left feeling more stressed than anything. 1 star

"Pluckers was easy for me to get..."
Pluckers was easy for me to get to and I didn’t have any trouble finding the place. I had asked ahead about parking, and the reply was basically, “It can get busy around dinner, but you should still be able to find something,” which ended up being accurate. The lot was a little packed when I got there, but I only had to loop around once or twice before grabbing a spot. Overall, solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars

"It’s never consistent"
I’ve been here a few different times, and based on my own experience, it’s hard to know what to expect. One visit the food and service might be decent, and the next time it feels completely different. I really wish it was more consistent.

The wings were good, but for what they charge, I don’t think they’re worth paying full price. Whoever runs this needs to rethink the pricing a bit.

The takeout is actually decent, but the delivery is really hit or miss. They’ll give you a delivery time like it’s a sure thing, and then the food shows up way later than promised. It’s frustrating when you’re hungry and expecting it to arrive on time.

"Clean and Well Kept"
I stopped in for wings the place was really clean. The tables, the bathroom, everything looked looked after, and I noticed the staff kept wiping things down while I was there. To be fair, that kind of stuff makes a big difference when you’re eating out. It felt comfortable and I’d definitely go back.

"Bad Timing Made My Online Order a Mess"
I placed an order online it just turned into one of those badly timed situations. I waited way longer than expected, kept thinking it would show up any minute, but the food never came. Maybe I ordered at the worst possible time, but either way it was frustrating...

"Good wings, though a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from Pluckers a few times now, the wings are usually solid. The sauces have good flavor, and the chicken tastes fresh… like, not dried out or overcooked the way it can be at some other wing spots.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fries sometimes show up a little soft, and the heat level isn’t always super consistent. But overall, yeah, it’s still good food and I’d order again

"Pretty fast service, honestly"
The food came out way quicker than I thought it would, especially since the place was packed. Our server was cool and checked in on us a good amount. Giving it 4 stars though because paying at the end took a bit, which was kinda annoying

"Order was wrong again even after confirming"
I’m frustrated. I double-checked and verified the order like I’ve had to do multiple times before, and it still came out wrong. The sides were missing, and the wings weren’t even what I ordered. Not even close.

Checked pluckers.com before heading over and it definitely helped me plan better. Wait time was shorter than I expected, and got seated quick. Didn’t feel like I was standing around forever or stressing about it. Simple, easy experience, so 5 stars from me

"Portions feel way smaller now"
I ordered from Pluckers Wing Bar and the whole thing was disappointing. The wings looked smaller than I remember, and the side of fries was barely anything. For the price, I at least expected to feel full, but it just didn’t feel worth it. It also kind of had that no-real-person-there feeling, like everything was just processed and sent out without anyone really caring. This used to be a decent spot for me, but now it feels like the portions got cut down while the prices stayed the same. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.
